Trust

A calm contact with how life unfolds, without excess control.

Trust is the ability to act attentively and not contract at every turn of the day. It is not passivity; it is a mature reliance on life and on yourself.

Short

  • «I trust the way my day unfolds.»
  • «I release excess control and stay in contact with myself.»
  • «I let events guide me toward the better outcome.»
  • «I accept what is happening and keep my inner support.»
  • «I am open to the gentle, wise flow of life.»

One minute

I allow myself a gentle breath and return to the present moment. I do not need to control every detail in order to be safe. I can act attentively, calmly, and honestly with myself. I trust that life unfolds step by step. Even if I do not yet see the whole picture, I can stay in contact with my inner support. I release the tension where I was trying to hold too much. Today I choose trust, clarity, and a gentle presence. I let the day guide me to the best possible unfolding.

Contemplation

Trust is not passivity. It is the ability to act without inner contraction. It is a state in which a person stays attentive while ceasing to struggle with every turn of life.
